Depression and Your Relationship
I have been receiving a lot of emails recently from people who are in relationships where one or another suffers from depression. In referring to my book “101 Tips for Those Who Suffer Depression and Those Who Care” you will find there are two aspects at the center. They are the unlikely duo of caring and depression.
The initiative
It revolves around caring. Caring takes effort. If you are seeking answers than you do care. The one thing that ties all unions where depression is present is the core of the relationship. To have one you both have to be in it together. The initiative is to find that core together. When you do, you layer all you do around that core which is the pulse of your relationship. It is where you have to bring all your questions and problems in order to find the answers.
